Delivery
All orders will be subject to an additional $9.99 for delivery. This fee can be seen in the breakdown listed on the order edit page and covers the cost for personal delivery of your order.
Substitutions
Even though we try, it is not always possible to have all products in all varieties, sizes and colors. In the event we can not exactly match your selection, we will substitute with a similar product, unless specifically requested. Please make such requests at the time of ordering.
Changes
Once an order is in the process of being delivered - or is already delivered - no changes can be made. Prior to that time, we will gladly make any changes to your order. To make sure we get your request in time, please call us directly.

Due to many florists being closed on Sundays, delivery times may vary or be not available. If the shop is unavailable, the order will be placed on the next business day.
